Carriage classification
There are several carriage options that differ depending on the drive classification and operating conditions:
- idle (classification A) - not equipped with a drive and control system. It is used for manual work, it transports loads up to 10 tons. During transportation, the carriage is pushed by the operator

- drive (classification B) - has a chain-type control system, can be used in different conditions regardless of the type of load

Today, there are universal carriage solutions in which spacer washers are embedded. Using such elements, it is possible to change the channel width interval.
There are also idling carriages with more advanced functionality, used to optimize operation on different classifications of hoists. Modern devices can be mounted regardless of height or channel type. During the creation, general industrial and explosion-proof elements are used.
Explosion-proof carriages B1a and B2a are considered a separate classification. They are not afraid of sparks or friction, high temperature conditions during operation.
Application features
The use of carriages is advisable when working with hoists. They allow you to transport cargo and keep it suspended. In addition, the carriages increase the safety of products during transportation or at the stages of unloading and loading. The devices are used for installation on portable hand cranes.
Idling and drive classification carriages can be used both in enclosed spaces and outdoors. Thanks to this protection, the carriages can be used regardless of the temperature or climatic conditions.
