About Company
The Uglichkabel cable plant (Yaroslavl region) is one of the most modern cable industry enterprises in Russia. It was built from scratch by Nexans, a world leader in the design, manufacture and supply of cable products and accessories, and went into operation in November 2008. In December 2016, Nexans reorganized the plant’s management model, transferring management functions to Impex Electro LLC.
The official opening of the plant took place on November 20, 2008, the total area is 76,753 m2, the production area is 18,314 m2, the number of employees is more than 300 people, more than 150 thousand kilometers of cable have already been manufactured, power cables and wires of low and medium voltage are produced.
