Limited Liability Company "Scientific and Technical Firm "INT" was founded on July 24, 1991. During this time, the company has earned itself a worthy name in the market of metal-cutting tools. Our tools are used in their work by many machine-building enterprises in Russia, in particular such as OJSC KAMAZ , "Motordetal" (Kostroma), "Avtodizel" (Yaroslavl), TMZ (Tutaev), Kama Motor Plant (Nab. Chelny), "ZMZ" (Zavolzhye) and others.

The scientific and technical company "INT" produces a wide range of tools using superhard materials: turning and milling plates, brazed cutters and inserts for external and internal processing:

• Cutting tools using polycrystalline diamonds (PKD) are used for processing non-ferrous metals and alloys, plastics, wood and other materials and can greatly increase production productivity due to high cutting conditions (cutting speeds up to 1000 m/min.). At the same time, high purity and precision of processing are achieved; the overall tool life compared to carbide tools can increase by 10-100 times. Most widely used for machining pistons.
• Cutting tools using cubic boron nitride (CBN) are designed for machining hardened steels with a hardness of HRC 35-65, cast iron with a hardness of HB 160-600 and other difficult-to-cut materials.
