STEP Scientific and Production Company was founded by a group of specialists in the field of industrial adhesives.

The main profile of the company's activity is the production of epoxy rubber and silicone adhesives, compounds, sealants of its own design. These materials are in demand in various industries, including irreplaceable in the military-industrial complex due to their high resistance to vibration, shock loads, thermal shocks and excellent chemical resistance.

Throughout its history, the company has been actively engaged in research activities, producing new materials that meet the highest requirements of the domestic industry and have consistently proved to be in demand on the market. In the period from 1985 to 2023, our specialists have developed more than 100 brands of adhesives, filling compounds, sealants, repair compounds and other materials.

The activities of NPC STEP are not limited to the development and production of materials. The company is able to perform various works related to the use of adhesives at critical facilities in the most difficult conditions. In the period from 1998 to 2002, our specialists carried out work on the repair of the base of the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP using injectable formulations of their own design;
