On October 15, 2008, RUSNANO Group of Companies, NPO Saturn, and Gazprombank established a new company, Closed Joint Stock Company New Tool Solutions.
On April 26, 2010, in the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, the production of monolithic carbide tools with a multilayer nanostructured coating began.
The main activity of JSC "NIR" is the production of modern metal-cutting carbide tools with a multi-layer nanostructured coating, built according to the most modern standards.
The efficiency of production, the quality and reliability of the manufactured tools are of paramount importance for the company. The closed joint-stock company "New Instrumental Solutions" solves this problem with the most advanced methods, using unique equipment. The production uses machines of world leaders: Walter, Zoller, Novotec, Studer, Woco, Junker.
