High-quality materials are used in the production:
- U8A, 40X steel is used for the housings;
- for cutting carbide elements – CERATIZIT hard alloy
- for cutting elements PCD – polycrystalline diamond of the company "ElementSix"
The workshop is equipped with CNC machines that allow the production of end and attachment cutters of any complexity and configuration:
- milling cutters with soldered hard alloy HM;
- milling cutters with replaceable knives HM;
- cutters with soldered polycrystalline diamond (PCD plates).
The tool is made as standard rulers, and under the order according to drawings of the client.
