The name of our The brand "Calibron" does not come at all from the Moscow tool company that sharply reduced its production with a consonant name, but from the first micrometer, which was invented and manufactured by Carl Mahr in 1868, and called "caliber". With the development of globalization, even a company like Mahr, which grew from a family enterprise into a global concern over a century and a half, came to the need to place the production of hand measuring tools in China. Today, all global brands have more or less Chinese roots, regardless of the product - whether it is ordinary micrometers or measuring systems.
