In 2002, we mastered our own production of intrinsically safe copper-plated tools.

To date, LLC "ERKON" is one of the largest enterprises in Russia for the production of copper-plated intrinsically safe plumbing, clamping, and chauffeur tools.

The tool is made of tool steel and is subjected to special heat treatment in order to increase hardness and strength, to ensure intrinsic safety, electroplating with copper (copper plating) is performed in accordance with the "Technical Conditions" developed by ERKON LLC.

LLC "ERKON" has passed the international certification of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements:

• GOST ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000) in 2004
• GOST ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008) in 2010

The technological level of production and the quality of the tool, confirmed by the "Certificate of Conformity" of the Udmurt Certification Center, are highly appreciated by consumers of Udmurtia and other regions of Russia.
