About Company

An innovative product of the domestic development of engineers of the Defense Research Institute is a grinding disc with increased performance characteristics - an AlphaDisk for angle grinders (USM).

The unique technology of Alpha disks – the pobeditovy (carbide-tungsten) crumb of electric pulse crushing is fastened to the disk body with a special heavy-duty metal soldering, thanks to which a significant increase in the service life of the disk is achieved.
Tungsten carbide, from which the Alpha disc abrasive material is made, is known for its use in the tool and mining field. In addition, it is the main material for the manufacture of armor-piercing cores. Especially sharp edges of the abrasive grain of the Alpha disc quickly remove the upper layers of the processed material, even with light contact with the surface.

Alfadisk is designed for processing the following materials:

  • tree
  • silicate gas blocks
  • foam concrete
  • plastic
  • rubber
  • polymer composite materials
  • other building materials with a density up to 2000 kg/m3.
Processing means: sanding of a log house; preparation of a "bowl" of a log; roughing of any painted surfaces; rough grinding of surfaces; rounding of edges and corners of building structures; milling of grooves and strobes;
