Why some products don't have "Add to cart" button?
All products on Enex are loaded directly by the manufacturers of these same products. Any visitor to the site can be sure that all information about a particular product is from the original source, i.e. from the manufacturer itself.
The functionality of the site allows manufacturers to choose whether to open their products to free order through the Enex marketplace.
What products can be ordered instantly?
Any product that has a “Add to cart” button can be ordered immediately. The “Add to cart” button can be either for an order from the manufacturer or for an order from a trading company. The ”Add to cart“ button from the manufacturer is located in the basic information block of the product card, and the ”Add to cart" button from the trading company is located in the block with offers from trading companies.
In the catalog sections or on the search results page in the filter, the “Available for order” property is in the first place. It allows you to filter out all the products that are available for order from the manufacturer or trading company right now.
What does the “Request” button mean?
If the manufacturer's product is not open for free order through the Enex marketplace, the “Request” button is displayed on the product card. This button allows you to send an order request directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer, after reviewing the request, either opens access to the order of the goods, or will recommend a dealer.
A message from the manufacturer will be sent to your Personal Account and to the email address specified during registration.
What does the ”Question" button mean?
Manufacturers periodically update the assortment on the Enex site by uploading new catalogs. Some products may be out of stock for various reasons: no longer produced or temporarily not delivered. Such products display a “Question” button. This button allows you to find out from the manufacturer the possibility of ordering a specific product or get recommendations on analogues.
