How to get an order and documents to it?
The delivery of the goods that you purchased on the Enex platform is carried out by the transport company to the terminal or recipient (at the address specified when placing the order). Or you can pick up the goods yourself (pickup). Learn more about the terms of delivery.
When accepting goods:

Open the transport package in the presence of a courier or an employee of a transport company, and if you pick up the goods yourself - in the presence of a representative of the supplier.

Check that the received items match your order.

If not all the goods have arrived (or extra ones have arrived), as well as if the goods have obvious defects, record these facts together with the courier or an employee of the transport company and inform the supplier.
What documents should be attached to the order?
Different suppliers of tools and equipment trade on the Enex marketplace. These can be both manufacturers and trading companies. Enex itself can also act as a seller for some products. Learn more about ordering from different suppliers.
Information about the supplier is always indicated when placing an order, as well as in the invoice (when paying by invoice) or in the receipt (when paying by card). The invoice contains the terms of delivery of the goods, which are accepted by the buyer when paying for it.
If the supplier of the product is a manufacturer or trading company
If the supplier of the goods is the manufacturer of the goods or a trading company, then the Seller himself acquires the rights and obligations under the contract concluded with the buyer. Shipping documents for goods (invoices, waybills, universal
transfer documents) are formed by the manufacturer or trading company, specifying their details in them, and passes these documents to the buyer along with the goods.
Enex, as an agent, issues cash receipts to customers when paying for an order with a card.
Within the framework of information interaction, the marketplace generates an information report at the request of the buyer, which specifies the main parameters of the completed transaction.
If the supplier of the product is Enex
For some products, Enex is the supplier. In this case, the shipping documents are generated by the marketplace and sent to the buyer by mail. At the same time, the actual actions for the shipment of the Goods, its warranty service, elimination of defects of the goods, its replacement, are carried out by the manufacturer.
Delivery services
If, when placing an order, delivery to the recipient or to the terminal of the transport company is selected, then Enex provides services for its organization. Accordingly, an act on the provision of services is also formed on the Enex side and sent to the buyer.
